David Losko has been a professional in the entertainment and broadcast industries for over 20 years.  His early success as a musician in the San Francisco Bay Area led him to Hollywood, where he soon became known for both his creative talent and reliability in business. While in Hollywood Dave became interested in the Film business and started his own company called Location Recorders.

Dave balances Location Recorders, with the demands of running one of northern California's foremost sound recording studios Audio Oasis.  At the studio, Dave divides his time between being Audio Producer, and Voice Talent.

Some of Dave's achievements have been an Emmy for audio work on the PBS special "Bodie: A Ghost Town", a New York Film Festival silver medal for Porsche.  Dave has also enjoyed specialized jobs like planning and implementing the sound for the California State Lottery Commission's "Big Spin" tv show.  Ongoing recognition of Dave's professionalism has been made by several government agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Student Aid Commission and the San Francisco Federal Reserve.  Commercials for companies like Chevron, Saks Fifth Avenue, the Money Store, and the N.B.A. have given Dave the fun of working with celebrities such as Eddie Murphy, Chuck Yeager, Tina Turner, Shelley Fabares, James Earl Jones,   Jim Palmer, "Magic" Johnson, and Kenny Loggins.

Dave is married to a UCLA graduate that teaches second lanquage skills, and computer technology.  They have a son who has been  Voice  Talent on radio spots that dad wrote.  Life at home is completed by the family dogs, two Welsh corgi's, with a certain flair for people management.

As Dave's career evolves, he continues to keep up with changes in technology and business.  With the new millennium, he looks forward to using his past experience to keep one step ahead of future changes in audio.
